Privacy Policy, The Sapientian Society

1. What we collect

We collect only what is necessary to grant and maintain Custodian and member access: your email address, display name, encrypted password, the access code you redeem, and basic activity such as last sign-in time.

2. How we use it

Your information is used solely to authenticate you, to associate your account with the key you were issued, and to communicate matters that pertain to your standing within the Society.

3. Storage and security

Data is stored on managed, encrypted infrastructure with row-level security. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to administrative tools requires a verified Custodian account.

4. Email communications

Transactional emails (verification, password recovery, sign-in notices) are sent from notify.sayoism.com. We do not send marketing email.

5. Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your account data at any time by writing to the Custodians. Removal is permanent and will revoke your access.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as the Society evolves. Material changes will be announced through the members area before they take effect.
