Terms of Service, The Sapientian Society

1. Acceptance

By redeeming a key, creating a Custodian account, or otherwise accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Membership and keys

Access is granted through permanent codes issued by the Anonymous Admin. Keys are personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked at any time for conduct that contradicts the principles of the Society.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to share your credentials, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or copy private material, or use the platform to harm other members or the integrity of the Society.

4. Intellectual property

All written works, patterns, designs, and visual marks are the property of The Sapientian Society. Members may reference material for personal study but may not republish or commercialize it without written consent.

5. Confidentiality

Discussions, member identities, and inner-circle material are confidential. Sharing them outside the Society without permission is grounds for immediate revocation.

6. Termination

The Custodians may suspend or terminate access at their discretion. You may close your account at any time by writing to the Custodians.

7. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Society is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

These Terms may be revised. Continued use of the platform after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
